On aurais aimé, le support de liPad, les notifications lorsque lorsque le récupérateur est plain ou un élément usé, le support de VoiceOver pour les personnes non voyantes, avoir une cartographie une fois que le robot à fait le repérage avec le possibilité de dessiner une zone à aspirer ou un pièce en particulier. Avec tout ça le faite que le robot soit connecté aurais un réel intérêt. Là à la limite je nai pas besoin de lapp, autant sen servir manuellement.

Needs a lot of improvement

I’ve had a problem with the favorites where it only lets you go up to medium on the suction since October! It changed ALL of my favorites to a 2 medium suction setting. I’ve reported to your ‘tech’ help twice. First time, after much back and forth and troubleshooting, they said it was a bug and would be fixed with the next update. It’s still not fixed and there have been several updates. The second time even though I included ALL previous information, they wanted me to explain it all again. SMDH I bought a new Dyson vacuum instead. I love my Roomba! Please fix this issue! I’m happy to help try to determine the root cause if someone wants to reach out.

I first started with a version 2 Roomba. The version 6 j I’m using just rocks. The app gives great information and is fairly intuitive. Having moved to my new home, the Roomba is a great addition and helps me not worry about keeping my place looking great. iRobot needs to keep up the improvement of the Roomba, it’s great.

We have a golden retriever and a long hair cat with hard wood floors, the iRobot takes care of vacuuming, mopping and emptying itself. What a work saver for me. I definitely recommend it.

Cinderella is always ready to work and we definitely do not overwork our Robot, but when we need her she always does a superb job.

We recently purchased the J7+ here’s a few pros and cons Summary: I am a college student studying electrical engineering and have a wife working full time. We have 2 cats and are away for a good majority of the day. When we are home we do most of the chores but it is hard due to our responsibilities. Still learning but getting around to the basics laundry dishes and such. With that being said here’s the list. Pros: - alleviated the amount of work needed to do when getting home - picked up a lot of debris was unaware of - mopping is great Cons - so far I’ve been having a sealing issue cleaned it out but still causing some issues trying to troubleshoot but I fix it and happens again after 1 clean might be the cat litter unsure - mops, but if it’s a deep one may need to pull up some hot water and scrub it out so don’t use it as a replacement of a deep scrub Overall: It’s helped a ton some issues may be due to how much debris I didn’t realize my vacuum wasn’t picking up or that I wasn’t doing it enough. A big help still cleaning but it makes it more like a spot check rather then me getting in a deep clean every other day cause of my cats especially since my wife is pregnant.

I am learning more about the possibilities of having a robotic vacuum every time I use my iRobot.

Not good!

Please allow a feature that lets us edit & reorganize the master list of rooms. The room list is created after running the initial mapping session, but then we can’t organize or alphabetize the list. Drives me crazy!

I am thoroughly enjoying this app! I only wish it interconnected with HomeKit and was Matter

The application is easy to use. Reminders for replacements is great. Troubleshooting information helpful.

The app keeps disconnecting from my vacuum demanding that I allow the app to know my location… NO The app gives me the ultimatum of either allowing the software to track my location or going through a more complicated process to re-add my vacuum. I don’t have an advanced model that does any sort of mapping (no mapping they disclose). My basic vacuum has three options, vacuum stop vacuuming and park. I will never allow my vacuum cleaner to track my location that’s stupid, and I’ll never buy another Roomba.

Amazing irony of a

Why is this app so slow when communicating with my Roomba? I have a super fast internet connection and this app is is just plain slow. Fix this please. They is no way this can. Be getting over 4 stars…..must be fake reviews.

Mapping is awkward and often causes application crashes.

Robot works great when it works. However, it throws a LOT of errors constantly that are difficult to resolve, despite following the instructions. It will have a good streak of cleaning and making it back to the base, then it will suddenly be throwing random errors constantly that are recurring. So I would say like it works great 50% of the time, then other 50% I find myself frustrated that it won’t clean the way it’s supposed to because it gets stuck & continues to throw the same errors. I don’t know how many times it won’t connect to the base properly and just dies on top of it. I’ll clean the sensors, etc and it will keep doing that over and over. Then it’ll have a streak of doing every cleaning great lol. As what everyone else said, when it vacuums at the base it is LOUD. like a spaceship taking off lol all in all, grateful I have the robot but annoyed by its issues.

So far so good. I’m still learning all it is capable of.

This is second roomba and this one is a piece of trash. It will not run. It’s been awful since day one. Should have sent it back. I totally hate it and will just throw it in garbage. It takes me more time to get it to work than the time it would take me to vacuum house with Dyson. You should give an option for zero stars.

I’m enjoying my iRobot. I make sure things are picked up off the floor before running it. I vacuum more often now.

Easy to use

Mac is the best!! Having a Robot is great for my busy schedule.

App is a little buggy — nagged for feedback and “rate us” but the submit button doesn’t work. Doesn’t save number of passes or careful drive selections Doesn’t clean around base and other locations around the house …

We call our roomba “max”. He is simply wonderful.

Works pretty good but leaves dog hair deep in carpet. Also leaves hair balls occasionally.

With three animals in the house, I can’t imagine not having my Roomba!

Awesome

My floors stay immaculate. I’ve got two big dogs that are in and out of the house all day long, and my floors are absolutely beautiful. Rosie works her tail off. Would definitely recommend this to everyone. I will always have a Roomba always!!

Although I have deleted the app x2, and downloaded it still shows old robot and won’t let me change or add a second o e. Frustrating

Problems to get the schedule area

This 960 is really GREAT.

Great

Bought the 10Max combo on the news that it would be ported over by Q4 2024. Q2 2025 and still nothing. App glitches once in a while with the machine maintenance items. One thing I would improve upon on future versions of classic or new app is to put a send home command on the app in case the robot glitches and has to reboot somewhere in the house.

Love my roomba!

I initially had some doubts because our house is mostly covered in shag rugs, but to my surprise, the vacuum effortlessly glides over one of the larger shag rugs. While it may struggle with the thicker rugs, it performs exceptionally well on our hardwood floors and the bathroom tile, which is designed to resemble real wood with its grooves. I definitely recommend this product!

I set the schedule, she runs when I’m away, carpet looks great, she rarely needs any attention.

Our house is mapped by the robot. However, I told the robot to do the living room while I was out and came home to find it stuck way over in another room where the cat pan is covered in excrement and having had dragged cat feces all over the room. If you claim the product will do something then it should be able to actually do it.

App pretty decent but sometimes have connection issues or glitches. Robot is amazing and the technology is impressive.

Does as I expected. I do wish that the dirt bin was larger and especially wish that there was a double filter and the the first filter was washable! With a dog, the one filter gets quite dirty very quickly… and the filters are pricey!

Does everything he was supposed to do and more. My cats are no longer spooked,they seem to enjoy watching it now. Cleans a lot better than I do

Five Maine Coon cats and one Belgian Shepherd dog, ALL long-haired, there is ample opportunity for GIANT dust bunnies. The Roomba bin fills, it returned to its base, empties (though very loud), and returned to work. It is able to get to places under the king-size iron bed that can be difficult to reach otherwise. The reason for the 4stars rather than 5 is the hair removal that must be performed after each cleaning, this includes the sweeper/spinner, carpet rollers, and front wheel. I keep tweesers in the storage area of the housing for hair removal from the front wheel. I really appreciate being able to take the Roomba unit downstairs to clean rooms and it signals when it needs to come back upstairs to the main housing to empty itself. Thus, it works and does its job which reduces the number of times I have to pull out the big vac. Pros 1. Maps rooms, and refines maps when cleaning 2. Review programming sends images of obstables 3. Self-emptying of bin 4. Pet mode that hesitates and re-directs itself if pet is within about 6-12 inches of the camera 5. Motor is strong enough to pull itself up onto carpeted areas 6. Mapping function: a. identifies carpet vs flooring b. can be used to set clean vs keep-out zones c. allows for easy identification of individual rooms or areas 7. Schedule function allows for automatic cleaning of specific zones or rooms at set days and/or times Cons 1. Noise level - but all vacs are noisy 2. Bin on Roomba fills quickly 3. 5 cats and 1 large dog, the spinner and rollers and front wheel become clogged daily. 4. Occasionally, the Roomba gets lost and ends up in a room that is not on schedule, requiring re-mapping. 5. Notifications do not help me locate the Roomba when it has stalled due to entanglements or other issues.

Sometimes getting under furniture and getting stuck. Stops for no reason says blocked but nothing there.

Does a great job on the hardwood floors. Gets all of the dog hair, EVERY day!

This is the best thing I’ve bought all year. Never any issues that I can’t figure out.
